SINTEF Norlab measures odour emissions. It involves defining the different relevant odour sources,gathering information about the processes and identifying measurement methods to quantify the individual odour emissions. The objective of the measurement strategy is usually to facilitate a mathematical model to calculate dispersion and perform risk assessments.
